If you want to change your windows 7 Logon Screen you can download the Program called
Scroll Down and search for 'download now' (c net)
and you are done. (If you dont like then you can change it to default)

Scroll Down and search for 'download now' (c net)
download and open it > select the wallpaper you like ( you can browse for it) and then click 'Apply '
and you are done. (If you dont like then you can change it to default)
